Mix peanut butter, fluff, vanilla extract and 1 tsp of maple syrup, in one bowl and set aside.
Take our the piecrust 15 minutes before, so the dough can thaw. Then, carefully, unroll the pie crust and using a Mason jar cap or glass cup, press firmly into the dough creating little circles.
Get the Fluffernutter mixture and place a small scoop in the middle of your dough cut outs.
Carefully, fold over one side so it forms a half moon shape. Using a fork, pinch the edges together so its sealed.
Place hand pies into the air fryer and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 8 minutes at 375 degrees F or until pies are golden brown and set.
If you don’t have an Air Fryer, you can bake these at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the confectioners sugar, maple syrup and milk until a smooth glaze comes together. Pour over cooled hand pies and enjoy. If the glaze is too thin, add more sugar. If it’s too thick, add more milk.
