Fill the cups about 3/4 or 1/2 of the way of the oat mixture, you want to leave room for the chocolate peanut butter topping.
Set in freezer for 60-90 minutes.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter the microwave for 30 seconds, stir, repeat for another 30 seconds.
Add the chocolate on top of the cups and smooth out with back of the spoon.
Freeze again for 30 minutes. Take out once chocolate has chilled completely. Let sit for a couple minutes then enjoy! Store in freezer if you even have any leftover once the family sees them!
