Cherry and Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowl topped with crushed animal crackers
Makes one delicious serving

ingredients

3/4 Cups
Greek yogurt
2 handfuls
Frozen cherries
2 tbsp
Pumpkin puree
1 scoop
Protein powder
1 tsp
Date syrup
1/2 cup
Oat milk

instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together to get a thick consistency. Add more oat milk to make it thinner. Transfer to bowl and top with crushed animals crackers, chia seeds and Teddie peanut butter.

I am currently studying as an Economics Major along with a Minor in Mathematics. No Bake Teddie Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Baked Peanut Butter Oat Cookie

Makes 2 small crocks

ingredients

1 cup
rolled oats
1.5 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4 cup
maple syrup
1 scoop
protein powder
2 tbsp
Teddie Peanut Butter
1
Large ripe banana
2
eggs
1/4 cup
almond milk
1 tbsp
Enjoy life chocolate chips

instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into 1 8×8 baking dish or 2 individual crocks.
  4. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Bake 20-25 mins (less if you prefer gooier consistency, longer if you prefer more cake-like).
  6. Let cool then enjoy!

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Bars

ingredients

4
Bananas
1/2 Cups
Liquid Coconut Oil
1/3 Cup
Maple Syrup
1 Cup
Teddie Peanut Butter
1 Cup
Oat Flour
1 Cup
Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder
1/2 Cup
Dark Chocolate Chips

instructions

  1. Combine all wet ingredients.
  2. Mix in flour and baking powder.
  3. Fold through dark chocolate chips and add to a greased 8×8 baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°f for about 35 minutes (or until cooked and the clean toothpick test)
  5. Let cool then slice and enjoy! You can store these in the fridge for longer shelf life.
