Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Bars

- Magic Spoon Peanut Butter cereal
- 2 cups
- Magic Spoon Chocolate cereal
- 2 scoops
- Vital Proteins collagen
- 1 Cup
- Teddie peanut butter – Smooth
- 1/2 Cup
- Pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup
- Chocolate chips
- 1 tpsp
- Teddie peanut butter – Smooth
instructions
- Use and 8×8 pan and line with parchment paper and set aside.
- Now, in a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of peanut butter with maple syrup and collagen and mix together over a medium low heat until melted together.
- Remove saucepan from heat and mix in your cereal until fully coated.
- Pour your cereal mixture in your pan and use your hands or a spatula to evenly press into the pan.
- Now, melt your chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Pour on top of bars and use a spatula to evenly coat the top of the bars.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour (the more the better) before slicing into 12 squares.
