No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups

- 1 cup
- Rolled oats
- 1/4 Cup
- Almond flour
- 1 Cup
- Teddie Natural Smooth or Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup
- Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp
- Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup
- Chocolate candies
- 1/4 cup
- Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp
- Coconut Oil
instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Prepare your muffin pan by adding muffin liners to each cup.
- Portion out your oat mixture into each cup evenly.
- Using a flat bottom glassware, or by hand, press down on each cup to flatten the mixture. Then, freeze for at least 2 hours
- Once the cups are firm, take out of the freezer and make the chocolate topping.
- To make the chocolate topping, add your 1/4 cups of chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil to a glass bowl and microwave. Stir every 20 seconds as this will help the chocolate not to overcook or dry out.
- Once the chocolate is melted, pour over each cup for an even coating.
- Place back in freezer for 1 hour, or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
- To enjoy these delicious oat cups, store in freezer and take out 10 minutes before consuming.
