3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

ingredients
- Cookie Dough
- 1 1/4 cups
- Almond Flour
- 1/3 cup
- Pure Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup
- Teddie Super Chunky Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup
- Teddie Smooth Peanut Butter
- Chocolate Dip
- 2 cups
- Chocolate chips, melted
instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until the dough is smooth.
- Scoop out the dough into 1oz portions and roll into a ball, then place on a cookie sheet.
- Using a fork, lightly press down on the dough in a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly brown.
- Let cookies cool before serving or dunking in chocolate.
- Optional: Dunk half the cookie in chocolate and top with truffle salt or crushed peppermint.
