Coconut Oil
Organic brown rice

instructions

  1. Sauté kale in olive oil.
  2. Roast squash and cauliflower in coconut oil.
  3. Cook brown rice and plate.
  4. Add kale, squash and cauliflower to bed of brown rice and top with Teddie Smooth Peanut Butter.
