Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Bars

- 4
- Bananas
- 1/2 Cups
- Liquid Coconut Oil
- 1/3 Cup
- Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup
- Teddie Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup
- Oat Flour
- 1 Cup
- Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp
- Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup
- Dark Chocolate Chips
instructions
- Combine all wet ingredients.
- Mix in flour and baking powder.
- Fold through dark chocolate chips and add to a greased 8×8 baking dish.
- Bake at 350°f for about 35 minutes (or until cooked and the clean toothpick test)
- Let cool then slice and enjoy! You can store these in the fridge for longer shelf life.
