No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Cups

ingredients

1 cup
Rolled oats
1/4 Cup
Almond flour
1 Cup
Teddie Natural Smooth or Chunky Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup
Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup
Chocolate candies
1/4 cup
Chocolate Chips
1 tsp
Coconut Oil

instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  2. Prepare your muffin pan by adding muffin liners to each cup.
  3. Portion out your oat mixture into each cup evenly.
  4. Using a flat bottom glassware, or by hand, press down on each cup to flatten the mixture. Then, freeze for at least 2 hours
  5. Once the cups are firm, take out of the freezer and make the chocolate topping.
  6. To make the chocolate topping, add your 1/4 cups of chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil to a glass bowl and microwave. Stir every 20 seconds as this will help the chocolate not to overcook or dry out.
  7. Once the chocolate is melted, pour over each cup for an even coating.
  8. Place back in freezer for 1 hour, or until the chocolate has completely hardened.
  9. To enjoy these delicious oat cups, store in freezer and take out 10 minutes before consuming.

Fluffernutter Hand Pies

ingredients

1 Package
Premade Pie Crust
1/2 Cup
Teddie Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup
Fluff
1 tsp
Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp
Pure Maple Syrup
1 Cup
Confectioners Sugar
2 tbsp
Milk
1 tbsp
Pure Maple Syrup

instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, fluff, vanilla extract and 1 tsp of maple syrup, in one bowl and set aside.
  2. Take our the piecrust 15 minutes before, so the dough can thaw. Then, carefully, unroll the pie crust and using a Mason jar cap or glass cup, press firmly into the dough creating little circles.
  3. Get the Fluffernutter mixture and place a small scoop in the middle of your dough cut outs.
  4. Carefully, fold over one side so it forms a half moon shape. Using a fork, pinch the edges together so its sealed.
  5. Place hand pies into the air fryer and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 8 minutes at 375 degrees F or until pies are golden brown and set.
  6. If you don’t have an Air Fryer, you can bake these at 400 for 12-15 minutes.

Glaze

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the confectioners sugar, maple syrup and milk until a smooth glaze comes together. Pour over cooled hand pies and enjoy. If the glaze is too thin, add more sugar. If it’s too thick, add more milk.

Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

ingredients

1 cup
Greek vanilla yogurt
⅓ cup
Teddie All Natural Smooth Peanut Butter
1 tbsp
Honey
1 Dash
Cinnamon

instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk to blend until smooth. Serve with fruit, crackers or pretzels.
  2. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

Peanut Butter Dip

ingredients

8 oz
Cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1/2 cup
Butter, softened (1 stick)
1 cup
Teddie Natural Peanut Butter – Smooth
1/2 cup
Brown sugar
2 tsp
Vanilla extract
3/4 Cup
Powdered sugar
1/2 Cup
Chocolate chips

instructions

  1. Using a hand mixer, mix the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the brown sugar, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well for about 2 minutes until it thickens up.
  3. Add in the chocolate chips and mix until the chocolate chips are fully incorporated.
  4. Chill for at least an hour. Take out 15 minutes before serving so the dip will be soft. Pair with graham crackers, fruit or pretzel sticks!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Crunch Bars

Make as big or as small squares in you 8×8 pan.

ingredients

2 cups
Magic Spoon Peanut Butter cereal
2 cups
Magic Spoon Chocolate cereal
2 scoops
Vital Proteins collagen
1 Cup
Teddie peanut butter – Smooth
1/2 Cup
Pure maple syrup
1/2 cup
Chocolate chips
1 tpsp
Teddie peanut butter – Smooth

instructions

  1. Use and 8×8 pan and line with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Now, in a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of peanut butter with maple syrup and collagen and mix together over a medium low heat until melted together.
  3. Remove saucepan from heat and mix in your cereal until fully coated.
  4. Pour your cereal mixture in your pan and use your hands or a spatula to evenly press into the pan.
  5. Now, melt your chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of peanut butter in the microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Pour on top of bars and use a spatula to evenly coat the top of the bars.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour (the more the better) before slicing into 12 squares.

Peanut Butter Cinnamon Roll Protein Balls

ingredients

Protein Balls
½ cup
Teddie peanut butter – Smooth
⅓ cup
Gluten Free rolled oats
¼ cup
Vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp
Flaxseed
1.5 tsp
Cinnamon
3 tbsp
Maple syrup
1 tsp
Vanilla extract
Vegan Frosting
1 cup
Cashews (previously soaked in hot water for 1 hr)
¼ cup
Maple syrup
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
t tsp
Vanilla extract
¼ cup
Almond milk

instructions

  1. Mix everything together, except the frosting, and roll into tbsp sized balls. Then place in freezer to set.
  2. For the frosting, using a blender, mix until smooth. You can spoon over balls or dunk into frosting,
  3. You’ll want to refreeze these so they harden. After chilled, enjoy with a coffee or tea while running out the door.
