Nutty ABC ‘Apple, Bacon, Cheddar’ Breakfast Sandwich

Nutty ABC ‘Apple, Bacon, Cheddar’ Breakfast SandwichINGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ c Teddie All Natural smooth peanut butter
  • 1 mcintosh apple, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp light brown sugar
  • 2 multi grain bagels, split
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat a panini grill to high.
  2. In a nonstick skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over med-high heat.
  3. Add apple and brown sugar; sauté until tender, 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and keep warm.
  5. Place bagels, cut side down, on a work surface and brush crusts with melted butter.
  6. Turn bagels over and spread peanut butter evenly on the bottom halves.
  7. Top evenly with cooked apples, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
  8. Cover with top halves and press gently to pack.
  9. Place sandwiches in grill, close top plate and cook until golden brown, 3-4 minutes.
  10. Serve immediately.

Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Teddie Peanut Butter Banana Bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2c butter, melted
  • 1c white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2c sour cream
  • 3/4c Teddie Peanut Butter
  • 3 sm or 2 lg bananas, mashed (should be 1c)
  • 1 1/2c all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the melted butter and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  3. In another bowl, combine sour cream, Teddie Peanut Butter and mashed bananas. Add to the butter/sugar mixture.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add to Teddie mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  7. Cool loaf in the pan for 10 minutes before removing.
